Sunday we're doing a 4.4 mile loop through Bushwick and Ridgewood, folks can determine their distance by the number of loops they run. Yesterday after a morning snow Team A. did a preview.
With warm-up and cool down that put me at 6.5. My shins felt fine during the run, and afterward I was able to find the sensitive spot by digging around underneath the medial tibia with my thumbs. I've been massaging the sore spot aggressively, and can notice a distinct improvement already. I hope it's that easy.
