More Greenpoint Love
Had a lovely time running the 'point yesterday. Pushed hard for five miles, focused on relaxing, backed off a touch when I started breathing too raggedy. Mostly I would do a quick checklist of muscles and muscle groups I could let go of a bit more, and try to sustain the same speed with less effort, which seems like a nice kata to repeat while I run.
