8 x 400m track workout
Tonight was a tough workout, but luckily I was able to forget how tough each 80 seconds was during the rest before the next 80 seconds. Actually I wish I were that consistent. My first 400 was 74, my last was 79, and my slowest was the 5th, at 88. The 88 kind of hurt my ego, which will hopefully be a good training mechanism to encourage more consistent splits.
