My left inside hamstring area is feeling good, but the combination of miles and speed seems to be too much for my anterior tibial tendon, at the moment. Time to lay off for a couple of days, and hope that doesn't need to turn into a couple of weeks.
On the bright side I did the 5k on the track in 22 minutes flat. I still have no idea how to pace a 5k, and alternated between raggedy breathing and feeling like I was taking it way too easy. I had a lot left in the tank at the end, which makes me think I was just scared of giving too much. I must get over that, and let it all hang out.
