Bridge run this morning, form/track work this evening. Missing my lady, loving the miles. And now, back to complete sentences. After the bridge run and cooling off entirely, the back inside of my left knee started bugging me a touch. It isn't tender to the touch, but some leg movements are noticeable where some of the many tendons connects hamstrings to knee/lower leg. If felt fine during our form work on the track, including the sprints during our slinky run.
Now it feels a little warm, which makes me think I've strained it a touch. Maybe in the same way I was straining my hamstrings in Kung Fu, with some of the extending front kicks. For now I have a watchful eye on it, and will continue to run. Maybe two consecutive rest days this week are in order, instead of doubles, but that is yet to be determined.
